“Since we started this project, we poured our hearts into it,” says Victor Espinal, owner of La ChiverÃa. “Beyond great food, we wanted visitors to enjoy the scenery, nature, and for kids to interact with our friendly farm animals on site.”

The menu boasts signature dishes such as goat stew (available in Creole, Caribbean, and red wine preparations), along with goat croquettes, goat risotto, fried and coconut tilapia, and plantain mofongo with goat or shrimp. For meat lovers, the restaurant offers various grilled options, churrasco, Angus beef fillet, and baby back ribs. Salmon is also available for those preferring fish.
